Chief Minister Punjab Mian Shahbaz Sharif is all set to distribute Solar Lamps among students in Punjab province on merit basis. Ujala Programme or Solar Lamps will reduce the need of electricity, which is interrupting the students these days. Load shedding has become a main problem of Pakistan and every organization, department, and common man is suffering from it. Therefore Punjab government has taken a great action against the load shedding by distributing the solar lamps among students of Punjab.
Solar System kits have been imported from the foreign country by Punjab government, and the distribution of solar lamps has been started. Shahbaz Sharif distributed solar lamps among the students of Rawalpindi at Pir Mehr Ali Shah Arid Agriculture University few days ago.
Almost 200,000 solar lamps are ready to be distributed among 17,000 students on merit basis. Ujala Programme of CM Pnjab Shahbaz Sharif is facilitating the students, who are suffering from shortage of electricity and acute load shedding.
After the successful laptop distribution scheme, the Ujala Programme is an other great project by CM Punjab. Shahbaz Sharif has also promised to distribute free laptops among the students with 60% marks in the several divisions of Punjab like Mianwali, Multan, Rawalpindi and Lahore.
Shahbaz Sharif has started some beneficial projects for the nation, as Lahore Metro Bus Service is ready to be started on 10th Feb, 2012. Free laptops and solar lamps kits are being distributed among students on merit basis. Ring Road in Lahore was also a great project by Shehbaz Sharif.
PML-N and CM Punjab Shahbaz Sharif is working very hard to facilitate the nation in various ways. While going through analysis, it seems that the PML-N will grab the votes form the nation of Punjab in next general elections 2013 due to their great social services.
